Arizona is Home Down Payment Assistance

In an effort to ease the cost of home ownership, Governor Hobbs announced a new down payment assistance program, Arizona is Home.

This program has some amazing benefits.  Here are some details:

- First Time Home buyers

- 640 Minimum Credit Score

- Rural Counties (Not Pima County or Maricopa County)

- 4% down payment assistance is fully forgiven after 5 years

- Interest rates lower than regular loans
